CAMBRIDGE SUB-REGIONAL CHOICE BASED LETTINGS SCHEME

Is a Consortium of Seven Local authorities joining together to deliver CBL and other systems the partners are:

Cambridge City
East Cambridgeshire
Fenland
Forest Heath
Huntingdonshire
South Cambridgeshire
and St. Edmundsbury

LHS is looking forward to working with the new partners to deliver their scheme.

Stoke on Trent City Council
are working with LHS to deliver their Choice Based Letting Scheme.They are also working on delivering an Online Mutual Exchange system for thier customers

The partners have now gone live with more partners onto the scheme. Arun, Hastings & Wealden have joined the other local authorities making 6 partners. Also Rother are going live in Spring 08.

HomechoiceWB is the Choice Based Lettings scheme for West Berkshire.
This weekly scheme with unlimited eligability bidding is proving a success since it went live. They have also added the LHS Mutual Exchange system.

Launched its very successful Homefinder Choice Based Lettings scheme using LHS tecnology and support and is already adding more LHS enhancements and modules to their system.

Herts & Essex Sub Regional Scheme "HomeOption" goes live!


The first tranche of 6 Local Authorities went live as planned with deliveries of the freesheet hitting on the 23rd of Novemeber. The Second group is online for a Jan 08 go live.

The Derbyshire Lettings Partnership, has grown by adding Amber Valley as a partner to the sub regional scheme and has implemented Mutaul Exchange across the partnership.

Amber Valley also chose to switch off its current housing management system's housing register and is using the LHS online register system alongside Choice Manager.

The scheme has gone live on schedule delivering Choice to all of their customers and all of thier properties being advertised. Working with Locata's unique partnership approach and using Locata's systems to deliver the service has delivered for them.
